Where the Kit Style of an inventory item is a kitted item, the component details, including quantities, are established in the Alternate form tab. Inventory items are selected from an extended search window and quantities required for the assembly or kit are entered. Cost details are read in from the Last Cost field.
Steps

 Component tab |
| 2. | Select Component from the search window |
| 3. | Enter in a Quantity. Cost is linked from Last Cost from the relevant stock record. Total is a calculated field |
| 4. | Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until complete |
| 5. | Save |
